Due to the valuable nature of our merchandise, most deliveries will require a signature and should be sent to a daytime address where a person will be present to receive the merchandise. 

Shipments under $300 in merchandise value may be shipped without signature at our discretion. 

If you would like to request delivery without a signature, please contact us before or immediately after placing the order and we will attempt to accommodate the request. Due to the high volume of inquiries, and orders being promptly fulfilled as well as business operating hours, we are unable to guarantee that waiving signature requirements requests will be possible, even if the request is sent promptly after the order is placed.

If a delivery without signature is requested, Samuelsohn will not be responsible for lost packages once the carrier indicates delivery has been made.
